Starting from Nigel in the vegetable garden, Sam, Andrés and Joann cooking delicious and creative meals with what is available at any moment, following Sam’s artisan wool crafts and workshops, Sebastian’s walkshops on sensing and reading landscapes, Lidia’s workshops on creativity, and not forgetting all the people helping in running the hotel the farm and the community supported agriculture.
